FAQ.

Q1. How does the ETM-G01 system work?

To obtain a glucose reading, simply touch the two bottom within 30 sec you will get your result.

This easy touch gives you more information than a blood glucose test without the need for routine finger pricks. The etouchus system also offers software to generate concise reports that provide a clear analysis of your glucose data.

Q2. Is ETM-G01 accurate?

The ETM-G01 system is clinically proven to be accurate, stable, and consistent over 14 days compared to blood glucose testing without the need for finger-prick calibration, in adult and pediatric patients. Also, ETM-G01 is clinically proven to show an outstanding accuracy in the low glucose range.

Q3. Can the ETM-G01 system be used by children?

The ETM-G01 Flash Glucose Monitoring System is indicated for measuring interstitial fluid glucose levels in people (age 4 and older) with diabetes mellitus. The indication for children (age 4 – 12) is limited to those who are supervised by a caregiver who is at least 18 years of age.

The caregiver is responsible for managing or assisting the child to manage the ETM-G01 Flash Glucose Monitoring System and also for interpreting or assisting the child to interpret ETM-G01 readings.

Q4. Do I need a separate blood glucose meter when using the ETM-G01 system?

No, all you need is our ETM-G01 and follow the instructions to get your blood glucose readings.

Q5. How does ETM-G01 measure my blood glucose levels without taking any blood?

The glucose levels are extracted by a non-invasive technique that transmits low-power radio waves through a section of the human body, such as the area between the thumb and forefinger. These areas have an adequate blood supply and are thin enough for the waves to pass through the tissue. These signals are then received by a sensor on the opposite side of the etouchus device, where the data about the characteristics of the blood within the flesh are collected and analyzed.
