RETURN POLICY

  • Our product comes with one year of full replacement warranty; any defective meter can be replaced within one year.
  • If the device is activated then it will not be eligible for return. You can only get another replacement.
  • When you return the device make sure to return it with its original package in good condition.
  • Any damage to the product will be chargeable.
  • Please make sure to return everything you received with the device (warranty card, inside the packaging).
  • Make sure that there won’t be any damage to the box and  the product.
  • If the device is activated /authorized and returned it will be chargeable up to $100.
